Default Hello everyone

My name is Ruth and I have type 2 diabetes. I take 2000mg of metformin and try to watch my food intake. I fail miserably at testing my mmol everday and exercising. Definately having a hard time excepting the diagnosis. Hoping this group will help me get going to better health. Love the glucose buddy as it has helped me to record my numbers when I remember to do it. Looking forward to getting to know you.

Ruthe;

Welcome to the Forum!

I have found that it helps me to log blood glucose (bg) tests, medications, food and exercise. Basically, everything that I do, that way I can go back and review the information to see which meals or foods spike my bg and how exercise helps to lower my bg. I hope that GB helps you to get control of your bg.
