Does anyone know how to use the email logs part? Every time I try it, the app just quits, what am I doing wrong?

Assuming that you have previously input data and you have logs to email: Settings; Email Logs; Email Log Entries; Here a blank email page will pop up and you should wait for the page to populate with your logs, when the pages populates you will see the data and now you can type in an address and hit send.

The GB Pro should work well on the iPhone 4. I assume that you are running the latest version of iOS (currently it is 6.1).

Have you used the GB Pro App to upload data to the website?

If so, your username and password should be correct. If not, make sure that your username and password are the same on all devices. Make sure that you have filled out your email address in My Info; Personal; Emails.

Turn the iPhone off and back on, this will reboot the system.

If none of this works. Delete the App and re-install it. You will not be charged again for the App, since iTunes knows that you have purchased the App.

Can you send emails from your phone when you are not using GB Pro?

I ask this to make sure that your email account is set up for iPhone use. After you have determined that you can send email from your iPhone, you will need to download the data from the Website to your iPhone and the GB Pro App.

Downloading Data "Two-Way-Sync"; From the Website to the GB Pro App

Note: The account name and password must be the same on all devices.
Under "Settings", "2 Way Sync"; make sure that the "On (Download & Upload)" is turned on (ie checked).
Under "Settings", "Account Info"; Select "Sync All Logs".
You will see a spinning wheel saying "syncing..." Please be patient this will take a while.
When the syncing stops your logs should now be on your iPhone.... Good Luck

Now you are ready to email the data to your doctor, using the following: Settings; Email Logs; Email Log Entries; Here a blank email page will pop up and you should wait for the page to populate with your logs, when the pages populates you will see the data and now you can type in an address and hit send.... Good Luck
