I forgot my password so I can't sync with my iPhone . Any tips on recovering it?

Welcome to the Forum!

The password is the same for all devices. If you know the password for the web, then use that. If you can't remember what you used for the web, but you computer saved it, you may be able to change it from there. Keep trying and good luck.
