okay..something is not correctly working..
I had updates on both IPad and IPhone..I needed to enter by name/password on both (they are the same on both devices)..
On the IPad..all my logs appeared..not on the IPhone.. If I add a new log to my IPhone it will sync and appear in the IPad.. If I add a log on the IPad it will sync but not appear on the IPhone.. I tried deleting both apps and reinstalling.. Help!!

The problem appears to be with the iPhone app.
Which app are you running, the Free or the Pro? Did you try the "Sync All Logs"?

I tried Sync all logs..it says I don't have logs to sync..
This is the free app..on both IPhone and IPad..I paid for sync capabilities

Check to make sure the username and password, on the iPhone, are correct. If they are reboot the iPhone by turning it off and back on and try the "Sync All Logs" again. If this doesn't work, I would re-install the app and try again.

I tried what you had written..and then I deleted both apps..reinstalled both apps into the 2 devices..and used the same password..
I tested out each device by adding a new log (different bs result number) to each..each device only synced the new log..did not sync with each other..and did not sync my old 175 logs.. I'm ready to delete this app permanently..

Fixed it..
I went into premium goodies on IPad..found I have purchased sync..closed app. Then I opened GB and went to settings..hit sync all..again..and all logs appeared.. Did the same to IPhone.. All logs magically there!!
