Continuing my walking and my BS levels have been averaging around 100-105 and I have lost about 5 lbs not a bad trade off 2 half hour walks a day for a 75pt drop in BS

Do you walk immediately following a meal? If so, is it a brisk, or a leisurely walk? I find that drop amazing!! 
