When icons are moved (press & hold) and then saved to the new position all is good, till the program is closed and reopened; the icons have moved back to their original position.

Why is there no response from the GB team on this item. I have been trying to get in touch with Support for the last two months to no avail. Then I look here and there is no response since 2013. Their support team is either very poor or they just don't know what the solution to the question is themselves. Would like an update by the support team on this matter. Thank you
