Having trouble syncing
Can't seem to sync my iPhone with the web. I've followed instructions, but when I tap Quick Sync, I get the "syncing" message, but it never tells me things have been completed, and the web doesn't seem to have my logs.
Can you help? |

Is your username and password the same on the app and the web?
Are you inputting the log information, as specified in the "GB Help" Thread? Have you ever been able to sync any information?

If you have not done so, you need a PRO version or purchase the dual sync on the Premium Goodies to be able to sync your data to the cloud/web.

The above comment is not correct information. You can sync to the website "cloud" with any of the GB versions. However, if you need to sync your data to the handheld device from the website "cloud", you will most-likely need the two-way-sync.

I was actually referring to that 2-way-sync (haha). So, does the ANDROID app version have a sync to the cloud too now? The last time I checked it didn't and I don't have my Nexus w me to check right now.

Currently there is no sync with the Android to my knowledge. However, I don't use that platform and I could be wrong. I am sure that when the sync happens, the droid user's will let us know.
