Default Hi

Was diagnosed as Type 2 in January. No meds prescribed and A1c was 6.6. Appt in May found out I was just pre-diabetic.

Since January have lost 35 pounds just by watching carbs and elliptical and calories. Hubby started watching carbs, calories as well and is down 26 pounds. His blood sugar is fine.

My A1c is now 6.1 but still keep track of blood sugar at least in morning and still watching carbs, etc.

I really like this app but would be lovely if it could sync all devices together. Had to reset phone last week and lost ALL logs.

Welcome to the Forum!

Read through the first three threads in the Type 2 Section, when you get a chance, if you have not already done so. These threads will most-likely help you a lot. Self education is one of the keys to successful management of your diabetes, along with a healthy / sensible diet and exercise. Basically, diabetes requires a life-style change for the better. Good luck with your control and management.

The GB Pro app will sync across a devices, it's just not free.
