Default Testing

Hello all, some great info here. Thank you all for putting it all out there. I have a question about testing after eating. Should you test 2 hours from the last bite or when you first start eating? I have read mixed info and just wanted to see what everyone here had to say?

Test 2-2.5 hours after you start eating, not after you've finished. Also, occasionally test one hour after eating. Some people spike very high at one hour and recover by two hours. This is not always caught by a1c but will cause your diabetes to worsen considerably.
