Not syncing
After years now having consistent problems not connecting to GB. This has been going on more than a month. Major problem. Most likely will have to leave. ( T2 diet and exercise only A1c less than 6) I am very serious about my diabetes program.

I only bought this app because I could upload the info to three iPhones for three different people. Being on the same page is important. Receiving what you paid for in an app is a reasonable complaint, no?

I suppose that I am getting what I paid for, although it is less than ideal. My guess is that the app needs an update to work correctly with the Apple iOS 7.0 and iOS 7.1 updates.

Sync Problems
I too have been having trouble getting my logs on my iPhone to sync to the server. What worked for me was to kill off the GB App on my iPhone (double click the home button and then swipe the GB App upwards to terminate) Upon restarting the app the sync worked. I'll let you know if this continues to be a effective workaround going forward.
