I pack a lunch as well I usually make whatever I'm going to have the night prior. Usually some sort of protein and the rest is the same everyday. For example on Friday I packed two boneless/ skinless chicken breasts, mixed green salad ( the one pre packed from the store) homemade vinaigrette, cottage cheese or Greek yogurt and a fruit for my snacks I take one protein bar and 1 serving of protein powder.

I think salads and fish is the best thing which i like to eat in lunch. If you are tired from sandwiches then you can change the recipe of sandwich like you can make some changing in the material of the sandwich. I usually pack the coffee and some nuts or fruits with me.
