Default Me too!

I have had type 2 for over 5 years! I only got it when I had lost over 100 lbs. I still have 30 lbs to go and my blood sugars are all over the place. I have recently started exercising ( I bought a cross trainer) and I'm trying to cut back on carbs. It's really hard and the weight isn't moving anymore. Sometimes it makes me so angry. Why me? I try so hard. I hate going to the doctors. All they tell me is "you will end up losing your legs and you will go blind" I avoid it as much as possible. I will master this illness!

I am newly diagnosed type 2 and I have had depression for more years than I can count. I was just wondering if anyone knows will the depression get better when my blood glucose levels out?
