Yep manual entry on iPhone, sync to web, then try to 2-way w/iPad. Option to "turn on" 2-way sync is not on either iPhone or iPad under settings

The two-way-sync option should not be on the iPhone, if the two-way-sync has not been installed. However, the two-way-sync option should be on the iPad. The location would be as referenced in one of my earlier posts.

Not to my knowledge.

Just uninstalled on all devices and reinstalled on iPad only & still same prob. I give up

Have you checked to make sure that you don't have another page in settings? I don't, but I don't have any other add-ons. It's worth a look.
