My iPad use to work just fine using the expensive upgrade to the phone app. Now neither has worked for weeks. Given the COMPLETE lack of support by GB in the past (try to find even one post where GB even bothered to answer) I have no faith that this will be fixed anytime soon and have quit using the mobile app, essentially throwing away the money I spent on it. This company produced a decent product but now has taken the money and run They should be banned from iTunes.

Same here, it' mostly a message that the app can't connect to the server, XML error, so I wonder if the app still develops or what's happening?
It's an awesome app, and it would be a shame to switch no when my diabetes life' s logged..... Hope to get a quote or something from the developers! |
