Hello, I always thought it was due to menopause. I became diabetic the same time I started the change.

I've been diabetic for about 15 yrs now and was always dry, but always felt like it. Then I had a complete hysterectomy now the desire is gone too. I found a lubricant that you insert about two hours before to help in the dryness area, but as for the desire no hope I like the olive oil suggestion!

I suffered from the same symptoms for years and through the end of a major relationship. These days I have learned to accept astroglide as a regular part of being intimate with my husband. You're not alone!

I have had the same problem. I have been a diabetic for over 10 years now, i was diagnosed when i was 11. I have also read something about diabetics having this problem during intercourse and that it is a normal thing for diabetics even if you have control over your BGL's. You just have to deal with it

Try a vaginal moisturizer. Use everyday for about 10 days then every 3-4 days. They are different than KY. I still use lubricant when needed but this has helped lots

Diabetes affects sex in many different ways. This may be something to discuss with your doctor.
