Default T-2 Diabetic

Hi all,

I have been a type 2 diabetic for approx. 8 years. Looking for support and to help others as well. I will be exercising at least 6 times a week and change my eating habits so that I would be able to go off my medications.
I was almost there last June but had a set back with hives for several months. I gained the weight back. But I am going to PUSH PLAY starting today.
Persistance is the key
Debbie

Debbie;

Welcome to the Forum!

Sorry that you had a set back, but if you did it once - then you can do it again.

Counting carbs may help you as well, try reading the first three threads, in the Type 2 Section, they may help with the weight loss. Good luck!
