Default Hello from Glens Falls, NY

Hello,
My doctor called me on 04/14/2010 and gave me the news that I have type II diabetes. By the way that was the day after my birthday (great present). I have an appointment this coming Wednesday to discuss this diagnosis and to discuss what I need to start doing. I am going to be checking here often and I look forward to getting to talk with alot of you. Take is easy and be well!

Diet and exercise are good things and they are part of the equation to better your health. If he tell you to lose weight, please follow his advise. It is sometimes hard to beat them at their own game. Good luck with you regimen. Let us know how it turns out.
