Default Way to format spreadsheet?

My doctor wants my spreadsheet laid out like:

Date | Fasting | 1hr Breakfast | 1h Lunch | 1h Dinner

Is there a way to change the format of the spreadsheet generated?

You can download the CSV file and manipulate it anyway you want in Excel. That being said, in order to do what your doctor wants, it would take someone that is well versed in Excel to create the macros to draw the information needed into the correct cells. If you doctor only need a weeks worth of data, it may be easier for you to just create a spreadsheet and key punch the data in.
