Default The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living

Dr. Volk and Dr. Phinney wrote this book to educate the doctors about the facts validating low carb living, not diets. Also gives the low carb lifestyle person lots of facts and conclusions to combat mainstream thought. Slowly the ADA high carb, low fat thinking is being torn down by facts and scientific studies. If ADA was right why are Americans becoming more obese? They aren't but it takes science and success stories from each of us

I was extremely fortunate to have a doctor 10 years ago who knew better and directed me to Protein Power by Drs. Eades Bernstein, Eades, Atkins, Taubes broke away from the pack.

It is dangerous to go to conventional thinking nutritionists etc. You will eat carbs and take pills or insulin.
