I want to expand my green line. My doctor wants me to keep my readings between 70/150. Thank you

If I were you I would be looking for a new doctor.

Average blood sugars higher than 140 can cause long term problems and severe damage to vital organs. You should "Google" Search this for yourself. I will provide you with one reference: See Healthy Blood Sugar Targets.
