Default A1C home tests

Has anyone used the Bayer A1C home test unit? It looks like a meter. Just wondering about performance and whether it would be worth purchasing.

It gets good and bad reviews, just like everything else on the web. You will have to make your own decision whether to use it or not. Let use know how it works for you.

Personally, I don't think that it would be as accurate as the lab and I can do pretty well with the GB App. If you want to try it yourself, just download the free "Pocket A1C App" and dial up your average blood sugar from the 90 day graph. You can also have GB calculate it for you. Just remember that the more tests you have, especially those that cover the twenty-four (24) hour period, the more accurate the results will be.
