Cool I am new here

I am new to this forum. I am a type 2 diabetic foe the past 20 years. I am 59 years old. My body has been stressed for the past year. Last year I has 2 knee surgeries. This year I have has nerve blocks done in my back that did not Nast for back pain. In November I has a trial nerve stimulator put in my back, it worked wonderfully on my back. Two weeks ago had a permanent on put in. This was more stress on my body than expected. Tody blood glucose was 217. I take Janumt, Actos and Lantus insulin. Usually have better control. I will go for blood work in the first week of Janurary and go to the dr in the second week.

Welcome to the Forum!

It sounds like you are doing pretty good with the nerve stimulation. I hope you get over your surgery soon. Good luck with your control and management.
