This is infuriating: pay for an app, and they STILL run ads. Today it is for some product called iDoc, or somesuch. I thought it was against iStore rules to do this. How do I turn them off?

I don't know for sure since I don't have it, but I thought the ads went away after you purchased the Remove Ads add-on. Have you tried rebooting your phone since the purchase?
