Hello :o)
As most others I am new I this. I have so far not been diagnosed, but have been advised to keep track of my glucose levels for the next two weeks as I have a few symptoms, I.e. constant tiredness, thirst, dizziness and shakes. As said am completely new to this and haven't a clue what all the numbers mean. My testing kit seems to be working in mmol. X

Welcome to the Forum!
You have come to the right place to learn. Take a look at the first three threads in the Type 2 Section. Please feel free to ask, if you have questions. If you are outside the US your meter should most likely read blood sugar numbers as mmol/L, as we in the US use mg/dL.

Hello, thank you for your quick response. I have read through the posts and they are very interesting. I do have one question, if I were to give you my blood glucose readings and advised you of what I had eaten would you be able to tell me if they were normal? X

I can do better than that. I can tell you what you should be looking for: Look Here.
Everyone should strive to meet the "Normal" criteria.
