Default 2-way cross

My son just downloaded the Glucose Buddy app on his iPod touch and my iPad. We agreed the 2-way cross sync would be helpful, but we're having trouble. He can get all the logs I add on my iPad, but I can't see all the ones he puts in. He bought the add-on on his iPod, and only he has the option in "Settings" for the 2-way sync.

If I remember correctly; all devices must have the same username and password in the various GB Apps.

Your problem may be that his iTouch is in his name and your iPad is in your name. If this is the case iTunes may know the difference, since they are different accounts. Just to check, try syncing all devices, from the device that has the two-way-sync on it.

I am assuming that you want to monitor his information. In order to do this, your best option may be to log into the website. All of the information data should be there.
