Default Belly fat

I have read that belly fat is a big contributor to diabetes. What is the best way to reduce the amount of belly fat?

Having a large amount of belly fat increases your risk of several things, with T2 being one of them. Here is a link, see page two (2) for information on how to get rid of belly fat.

Below are the top 10 cardio exercises which burn the most calories in 30 minutes.
1. Step Aerobics - one of the most favorite cardio exercises preferred by women. Step Aerobics mainly target your legs, hips and glutes, and can burn approximately 400 calories in 30 minutes.

2. Bicycling - stationary or outdoors is a great cardio exercises, depending on resistance and speed can but 250 to 500 calories in 30 minutes.

6 Week Cure is an easy read and discusses the types of body fat. By going back to low carbs, I lost 6 pounds in a week and it all came off my waist.
