Thanks to Steve Jobs for the iPhone which makes all of this easier. I have been Type 2 since 2002 and have gotten a little sloppy about watching carbs which is every bit as important as avoiding sugar. AIC stays under 7 and Dr put me on metformin earlier this year. Probably could just as good by watching carbs.

How about the alternate site blood collection devices? My first try wasn't good.

I need to get back on track by watching what I eat and enduring sore fingers.

This forum should help me.

I havent tried the alternate sites, as have not needed to at this point. But i believe i read that your finger sample responds quicker to bg changes than alternate sites do.
