600 calories per day study

Has anyone else read the study from England regarding the 600 calories per day. It's intriguing. I'm trying it as sort of a guinea pig. Just interested if anyone else has and what their results have been

Hi. I am four weeks into the programme. It has been tough but I am pleased with the results. How are you getting on?
