New guy
Hey everyone,
I should've gone here in the first place to introduce myself lol. Well I'm Chris, I'm 26 year old male, I've just recently a week ago got diagnose to be Diabetic. I'm going to need to slowly adjust my eating habits but I need a lot of guidance and instructions on how to do this. My regular exercise I'm going to be joining a gym next month but meanwhile I'm walking around my block powerwalking it at least 30 minutes. I admit some days I have been slacking off but I try to get myself to get out for that 30minutes. Any help or guidance or friendship will do |

Welcome to the Forum! Start your education experience with the first three threads in the T2 Section. Basically, this is a guideline for all people with diabetes. Good luck with your control and management.
