Do a tag search for normal blood sugar. I am not on my computer or I would post the website for you. Anyway try to get you blood sugar in the normal range, you will be doing well if you can do this.

This morning when I woke up it was 161 with an empty stomach. I wrote it down on to my log sheet on this site "GLUCOSE BUDDY" to keep track even tho my ultra mini machine keeps track but I like it on my computer as well.

What diet do you do? Like what do you eat in particular? Including exercise.

My condition is a bit different than yours, as I am T1.5 and insulin dependent. I count every carb that I eat and bolus with insulin after each meal. I try to keep my meals between 30 and 60 carbs and walk 10,000 steps per day. Exercise is one of the best ways to keep the blood sugars down.

I'm sorry for asking such personal question. Sounded like I was prying.

No, not really. All of the information, that I posted, is already on this website somewhere.

I switched to a whole food plant based diet, in other words "vegan" diet. I excercise daily with 30-45 min of cardio and about 15-20 of weight training. I also try to walk as much as I can throughout the day. My glucose is in check and I'm losing weight.
