Exporting ALL of my logs question
Hello All,
I have been using GB since March and today I wanted to export all of my log data into Excel. However, I seem to only be able to export data starting with May 09. The graphs on my iPhone app show all the relevant data, why can't I get everything in the export? (When I attempt to send the logs from inside the iPhone app it gives me the same "short" data set...) Please help! Chris |

If you started using GB in March 2011 and the "short list" is from May 09, 2011 then you have a slight problem. You may want to go back to your data logs, just prior to May 09, and look for a problematic data set. You can usually compare the data on the portable device with that shown on the website and find the discrepancy. Good luck.

I'm using an IPad and i'm not able to send my data to my doctors email. what I'm I doing wrong?

Have you entered your email address under: My Info; Emails; so that you can send the same email to yourself, to make sure that it is sending the emails?
Make sure that the information in your account information is the same as your iPhone under: Settings; Account Info. Make sure that you are connected to a WiFi connection and make sure that you can send emails, from your iPad, using your Mail Function. Good Luck!
