3 weeks now pre-T2 I think I'm doing ok. I was a bit freaked out the first week until I went to my nutritionist. Everything, gl levels, what to eat, counting carbs etc... Its overwhelming... I have 29 blood gl inputed and my food and exercise. I can already see what makes my levels go up a bit... "sigh" so much info and to think about...but I am glad to have GB to use :-)

Welcome to the Forum!

You will master the carb counting in no time, I have been doing it for years. Just be glad that you don't have to calculate an insulin dose to offset the carbs.

Good luck with your control and management.
