Default Corrupted Logs

I am fairly new to this program, but it has been corrupting my logs whenever I hit "sync all logs" in the settings of my ipod touch.

I have paid the thirteen bucks, have the feature turned on in settings, and can upload data, etc.

Whenever I hit that button, though, it deletes all of the logs from my ipod and sets all of the logs online to the wrong time and date. It is extremely frustrating, to say the least.

Any advice?

The first thing that I would do is check the time on both devices to make sure that it is consistent. The second would be to reboot the mobil device.

What country are you located in?

Located in the US.

I only have one device, but would like to be able for the iPod to download data that I have online, as well as upload to the website. The time is consistent, and I have rebooted the iPod.

It doesn't adjust to the wrong time from the device, rather it adjusts all of the times of all the logs to be the same. I believe it is 5:00 PM in December of 2000, or something like that.

Could it have to do with an iPod software update? I'm running 3.1.3 on an iPod Touch.

Odd isn't it. This is the type of information that Jeff will need to help you. Send him (user name jan) a PM with this information. I am sure that he will be able to help you, atleast more than I can.

Yes it could. The GB software has been modified to run on the latest greatest iOS software.

Cool, that seemed to do the trick. I can't tell you how nervous I was to hit the sync button again and lose all my logs, but fortunately the software update fixed the problem. Thanks for the help.
