Default hi , new GB user , time to take control !

Hi I'm Howie ,
Type 1 for last 12 years last HBA1c was 9.5 and Doc says I need to reduce this so searched out a log book app to start to take control. Awareness leads to choices which leads to change !
50 yrs , English but living in Singapore on job assignment for last 2 yrs,
Hobbies : scuba diving, travel and cars
Married : 3 grown up kids
Embarking on 1 month of intensive logging and control - welcome to day 1 in the big brother house

You can do it, it's just one day at a time. Good luck with your control, management and beating that A1c down.
