Migrate data from older version to newest

Migrate data from older version to newest

I have been using GB for the last couple of weeks (new user) and have really enjoyed the functionality and benefits that it has provided. Is there a way to migrate the data from the older version (unsure of which version it is exactly) to the newest version?
