Default Hi

I just had my first anniversary ad a type 2 diabetic and have made great strides. I have gone from having numbers off the charts to a non diabetic range. I keep very close track of everything that goes into my body and am trying to get off all meds. In the first 5 months I went from an A1C of 13.2 to 5.4. In 6 months I lost 40 pounds and now I feel great. I'm not going to let this disease define who I am. I am my own person and love life to the fullest.
