Default I'm Ken/New To GB

I just learned about Glucose Buddy today and signed up immediately. I want to be able to keep a log of my blood glucose levels. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in September 2010, and it came as a shock, although not unexpected. Have started medication and an exercise program. I walk about 2.5 miles every day. Still trying to regulate my diet so my levels stay under 180, but preferably under 140. It has been a struggle. Will be nice to be able to network with other people with the same disease and problems.
