Default syncing ipad and iPhone

I am technologically challenged and quite certain this is an ignorant question, but I am so frustrated I need to ask anyway. How do you get your ipad and iPhone to sync this wonderful app?

Welcome to the Forum!

The information that you seek can be found in the GB Help thread. -or-

Uploading Data "Quick Sync"; From the App to the Website
For both the GB Free and GB Pro Apps

Add Log; "Input" the log data.
Save; Save the data by clicking the "Save" button in the upper right corner of the screen, by doing this, the App will take you back to to main screen.
You will see a number (in a circle this is the number of data logs to upload) in the upper right corner of the "Quick Sync" button.
Tap the "Quick Sync" button, once.
You will get a "Sync Status" message saying that "You have successfully synced your logs ..."
Click the OK button, you are done.

Downloading Data "Two-Way-Sync"; From the Website to the GB Pro App
For the GB Pro App only

Note: The account name and password must be the same on all devices.
Under "Settings", "2 Way Sync"; make sure that the "On (Download & Upload)" is turned on (ie checked).
Under "Settings", "Account Info"; Select "Sync All Logs".
You will see a spinning wheel saying "syncing..." Please be patient this will take a while.
When the syncing stops your logs should now be on your iPhone.... Good Luck

If you own an iPhone and one day it stuck in recovery mode, you can use the Tenorshare ReiBoot to fix it. It is a professional free tool to help you enter or exit recovery mode of iOS devices, including iPhone, iPad or iPod. So if your iphone 6 stuck in infinite loop after trying to update to ios 9, you can use it to fix your iPhone.
