Default blood sugar level

Thispast week my blood sugar has been getting lower this morning it was 88 what does this mean that mean I have a bunch sugar or is that normal

The reading sounds pretty good to me. Anything below 70 is a hypo. If you can keep your blood sugar between 70-120 you are doing great.

Easiest answer is to always make notes of things to discuss with your dr. about what is right for you.

My dr. says a goal range for a fasting blood sugar (first thing in the morning since you have not eaten for a while) is 80-120. I personally aim for the low end of that scale (75-95) since it gives me more flexibility with eating and still keeping averages where I need them during the day. 88 is a great start to the day for me.
