Default New buddy to forum

Hello all,
I am new to this Community. I have Type 2 Diabetes. It has been self managed until very recent and I am working hard to make improvements so I don't have to take meds anymore. I have a busy and most time stressful life that does not lend itself to positive Diabetes management so I am using this tool to help me track spikes in my glucose levels better and better understand how my body responds to Diabetes management.

I look forward to sharing with you all and encouraging you along this journey to good health.

Cheers!

Welcome to the Forum!

Read through the first three threads in the Type 2 Section, when you get a chance, if you have not already done so. These threads will most-likely help you a lot. Self education is one of the keys to successful management of your diabetes, along with a healthy / sensible diet and exercise. Basically, diabetes requires a life-style change for the better. Good luck with your control and management.
