Default Sweet Potatoes/Fries

Anyone know if Sweet Potatoes would be just the same as white Potatoes? Will they spike your sugar levels?

just as many carbs: eat moderate 1:2 cup portion WITH protein and you should be ok

Sweet potatoe fries are about 23 carbs per serving.

In detail, with a medium-sized sweet potato (133g), you can get approximately 114.38 calories, 2.1 grams of protein, 27 grams of carbohydrate and almost no fat (0.1 gram), along with a large amount of water.
