Default Any thoughts?

Hi all,
I'm here to discuss something about my father. Recently he got an accident, and he is showing intense anger and anxiety at times after this incident. He is also refusing to follow a proper diet (he is a diabetic patient) and to get a shower. I don't know what is wrong with him. His doctor told me that, this is because of the sudden shock and he will be alright within some time. She also advised me to take care of him. Since I'm a working woman, I'm not able to take care of him all the time, so I'm thinking of hiring a caregiver from a well-known agency in Toronto. I wonder whether caregivers are able to manage him. He is a kind of person who cannot adjust to strangers. What should I do? Any thoughts?
