Default hello. new to it all.

Hi. I'm a 31 yo woman who thought she was doing so much better and got blood work back and wasn't at all. I'm newly labeled type 2 and am struggling a lot. I try new things but there is a lot I don't like (food wise) so it's a whole new world....

Welcome!
New world is correct! My doctor told me a year ago after I was diagnosed, that it's a complete life changing event that will have highs and lows, goods and bads. But to always remember that your not alone and to never give up.....

Welcome to the Forum!

Read through the first three threads in the Type 2 Section, when you get a chance, if you have not already done so. These threads will most-likely help you a lot. Self education is one of the keys to successful management of your diabetes, along with a healthy / sensible diet and exercise. Basically, diabetes requires a life-style change for the better. Good luck with your control and management.
