My sugar levels went from 596 to 180 but my vision is so blurry I can hardly see. Will this correct itself or do I need the eye doctor

If your blood glucose levels were high over a long period of time, this is somewhat normal. It usually takes a few days for the eyes to get used to the "normal" blood glucose level. During this time you will most-likely find that you can see better without your glasses than with. If you don't see an improvement in your vision in a few days, by all means, seek the advice of your doctor.
