Cheerio's with skim milk, or similar for dry cereal.

I eat a small amount of oatmeal. It has good fiber and 1 gram of sugar. After breakfast I walk on my treadmill at home for 30 minutes.

I eat either a boiled egg or plain oatmeal with frozen blueberries or almonds.

I have figured out that grains in general are bad stuff. And skim milk is not good either. I found advice from Dr. Sara Hallberg and Dr. Jason Fung to be the best. Look them both up on YouTube. I've been eating high fat and strict low carb and keeping numbers in range easily, with minimal exercising. Both of those doctors have successfully "cured" patients with T2D. That's what I want. Don't be afraid of eating fat.

Half cup of oatmeal with 1 cup water. Microwave for 2.5 minutes stir in a quarter cup frozen blueberries. Hot oatmeal defrosts berries. 2 Tbs chopped almonds with a packet or two of vanilla stevia and 2-3 Tbsp of Fairlife fat free milk. Yummmm! And very filling. Never thought it would be enough to fill me but it does.

I eat Kellogs All Bran buds, previously I ate oatmeal. With Bran I am full and my sugar is very good. Have it with Almond milk.
