The entry for food into a log..... Is the entry for food weight in grams or is it the carb count in grams ? I need to only track my carbs.

Thanks. I'm brand new to all of this. Can you help me with an example ? Let's say I'm at Smashburger and I had the plain on a whole grain bun with a side salad with oil & vinegar dressing. If this were you how would you enter this ? Thank You Again.

MyFitnessPal lets you track what you eat & has a lot of the fast foods & most brand & generic foods/drinks in it. It also lets you enter off the info on packaging if it's not in it. Then you can enter the carbs in this app if you want! I hope this helps.

Just look up the Smashburger on their website. It's about 36 carbs, with a multi grain bun, in my area. A salad is about is about 10 more.
