Default First preg. w/Gd

I just found out last Tuesday and I am struggling mostly at dinner time. Throughout the day I am able eat good and keep sugars in check. I have tried a few recipes from a diabetes app. But have gone up to 140. I just don't know what to eat and get to my 2000 calorie count.....Any suggestions?

I bought low carb bread, milk, and yogurt to try to cut down on carbs. I try to fi half my plate with veggies. I also buy Popsicles (sugar free) and jello cups for snacks. String cheese and small portions of fruit are also good snacks. I also eat a lot of lunch meat chicken sandwiches for easy meals.

Walking after dinner always helps me. I just can't seem to control my fasting number

Walking after dinner really really helps. Whenever I walk after dinner I'm around 102-110.

Default Larabars for dessert!

I'm not an advocate for the company, but when I've got a sweet tooth I reach for a Larabar. They usually contain little to no sugar and few carbs. yeah, I also enjoy Jello....
