Default high sugar level after 3 hours of meal

My average normal fasting blood sugar level is between 81-90 but during the day 2-3 hours after having light meal the sugar level goes up to 216-288. During night the sugar level is always under control. I am carefully monitoring my diet but some how fail to control post meal or day time sugar level. Any suggestion or idea I can use.

Welcome to the Forum!

Less carbs and more vegetables, maybe. Take a look at the first three threads in the Type 2 Section, they may help.

Default High BS after fasting

My BS is under control during day after meals. However, the morning BS (fasting) BS remains 120-130. How to lower?
