An "unprocessable entity error has occurred"
Hi Everyone,
I recently upgraded to GB Pro and all has gone well for the last week or two. However, I now find myself unable to add any logs. On the iPhone app I now get an "unprocessable entity error has occurred" and an invitation to try later (now 12 hours have passed so it is "later"). I then tried to add entries through the web site and after I input the relevant data and hit "Save all" the page gives a little jump and stays exactly as it was - no added data! I have tried this using 3 different browsers on 2 different operating systems with the same results every time. I'm confused and have used the email address for support to seek help but have yet to hear anything. Am I alone in having these issues? Could this be specific to my account? Do I have to delete everything and start again? Many thanks for any help or advice offered. :-) |

Hi folks,
I have still to hear from the support team but it seems they may have been busy fixing things behind the scenes. I noticed that the glucosebuddy.com servers went down for a while and now that they are back up everything is working for me. Hope it is all going well for you guys too. :-) |
