I have been trying to set up my password for a week now with no luck. When ever I want to log in, I have to click the forgot password link then wait for the automatically generated reset password email. If I click on that and go through the change password process I can log in that way.

I keep using the same password on the change password screen and I get in but if I try using my user id it does not work for me.

Has anyone else had this problem?

One more thing. Has anyone ever sent an email to support and heard back? Is there a delay? I've sent 3 emails this week and have not received any replies.

This is the first time I have heard of this happening. Make sure that you are using the same account name and password on all all devices.

What computer system are you using? You may find it helpful to use another browser when using your computer, as IE Version 8 and above does not work well with the website.

You probably won't hear from support, as they have been deaf for sometime.
